·         Information brochures will be provided.

 

·     The Annual Report, along with the audited financial statements will be made available on request within four (4) months after the end of each financial year.

 

·     Water Users’ are provided with appropriate information through publications in the media, newsletters, Public Education Programmes and at Water Users’ Group Meetings.

 

·     The Commission assesses the usefulness and relevance of information provided on a regular basis through the use of questionnaires.

 

 

·     The Commission will stage an annual open day in each Region.
