The vision of the National Irrigation Commission Limited (NIC) as we approach the new millennium is to create a customer-friendly organization which will seek first and foremost to satisfy the needs of our customers as they relate to the efficient delivery of water.
We at the Commission are committed to the principles of this Citizen’s Charter. We are happy to take up the challenge of providing an efficient, courteous and helpful service to all our customers. The adoption of the initiatives of the charter is very timely as it coincides with our goal of striving for excellence in the delivery of our services.
We endeavour to set high standards in the delivery of our service at all times as well as to provide pertinent information to our customers when needed.
We are proud to be associated with the Citizen’s Charter philosophy as outlined by the Prime Minister in the launch of the programme in 1994, and are committed to its principles as we endeavour to serve our customers to the best of our ability.
We extend the hand of partnership to you. Covenant with us as we seek to make irrigation the difference between excellence and mediocrity in agriculture.
