THE CUSTOMERS’ ROLE

In order to receive quality service, please ensure that you:

 

·     Provide the correct supporting documents where necessary.

 

·     Communicate with the Commission’s personnel in a respectful manner.

 

·     Allow NIC personnel free access to our infrastructure on your property when      necessary.

 

·     Pay all bills on time and if necessary make queries within seven (7) days of receiving your bills.

 

·     Provide feedback on our service by completing questionnaires furnished by the Commission.

 

·     Show co-operation and respect to fellow users.

 

·     Utilize facilities and equipment in a responsible manner.
