WATER USERS’ GROUPS

The Water Users’ Groups will play a vital role in the Commission’s ability        to deliver quality service by;

 

·     Creating an atmosphere in which you and the NIC’s      representatives meet with the aim of satisfying your needs.

 

·     Encouraging participation and facilitating your making suggestions/recommendations regarding solutions to problems.

 

·     Facilitating the resolution of minor complaints on the spot. Major complaints will be recorded by the Systems Superintendent or his nominee and routed as per the Commission’s Complaints Procedure.

 

·     Facilitating the communication of information on important issues.
