HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER

 

Stage1

Visit the District Commercial Office nearest to you and fill out an Application Form (Documentary proof of legal access to land e.g. title, lease, etc. also Volume & Folio Nos. or Valuation No. of land and TRN No. are required).

 

 

Regional Systems Manager checks for availability of water and makes final recommendation regarding availability of service.
Application is processed by Field Service and Commercial Officer for suitability of acquiring the service.

 

 

Application is referred to Director of Commercial Operations and Director of Engineering and Technical Services for approval.  Customer is then notified.

 

 

 

 

 

TOTAL PROCESSING TIME FOR STAGE 1 IS 15 DAYS

 

    Stage2

 

Security Deposit and Connection Fee are paid.  Contract is prepared and referred to the Director of Commercial Operations for signature.

 

 

 

 

 

Operation Department  puts the necessary infrastructure in place for delivery of water.

 

 

 

 

 

Water is delivered.

 

All relevant information is forwarded to the Information Systems Department to be added to
 the customer database in preparation for billing.
