LODGING OF COMPLAINTS & QUERIES

The Commission continues in its quest to improve its service to you our customers.

 To this end, you are being reminded that all complaints and queries concerning your bill should be formally lodged in writing with the Commission, no later than one (1) month from the due date of the bill in question.

 We are, however, reiterating that lodging a complaint is not a basis for not paying your bill.

 We remain committed to improving our service to you.
