Online Payment Refund Policy Statement

The National Irrigation Commission Limited (NIC) may refund a previously captured and or settled transaction to the card which made the payment. The refund will appear on the user’s credit or debit card as a credit to the account. Please note that partial refunds will not be facilitated.

  1. The Customer should contact the NIC within 2 business days of making the payment.
  2. Provide the payment confirmation number and the customer name
  3. NIC will investigate the payment and
  4. Upon completion of investigation, refund may be effected
  5. Refunds will be made directly to the card from which the payment was made ONLY.



As part of its commitment to improve the services made available to its customers, The National Irrigation Commission Limited (NIC) will provide through this website access to Online Services. The NIC may withdraw any Online Services at any time after giving reasonable notice either through this website or in another manner deemed appropriate by the NIC.

The NIC may terminate your use of any Online Services at any time with or without notice if you have used the services in any way that is contrary to law, contrary to these Terms of Use or in a way that disrupts the use of the Online Services by others.

The NIC online payments are hosted and facilitated by National Commercial Bank and First Atlantic Commerce and your use of the NIC Online Services is governed by the laws of Jamaica.


The User of this system assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this server and the internet generally. The National Irrigation Commission Limited (NIC) disclaims all warranties, representations or endorsements, express or implied, with regard to the information accessed from, or via, this site, server or the internet, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
