The National Irrigation Commission Limited (NIC) may refund a previously captured and or settled transaction to the card which made the payment. The refund will appear on the user’s credit or debit card as a credit to the account. Please note that partial refunds will not be facilitated.

  1. The Customer should contact the NIC within 2 business days of making the payment.
  2. Provide the payment confirmation number and the customer name
  3. NIC will investigate the payment and
  4. Upon completion of investigation, refund may be effected

Refunds will be made directly to the card from which the payment was made ONLY.
